Recently, I was the Director of New Business at HowGood, a food research company that has analysed the growing, sourcing, and production methods of over 250,000 food products found in supermarkets. In addition, I had a hand in building several urban farms in New York City including: North Brooklyn Farms, Smallhold and SquareRoots. As well as serving on the board of ChangeFood & Elizabeth Street Garden.

Over the past decade I; secured a partnership to launch Airbnb in Australia. Launched a Rooftop Cinema in Hong Kong. Co-founded Positive Posters, a global graphic design competition that inspired over 5,000 positive design submissions from 80+ countries over 4 years. Worked with Master Builders Association to design an apprenticeship program which was rolled out nationally across Australia. And earned an official looking degree of Entrepreneurship from RMIT.
